Mid-day Advice

Time to have lunch and then a few of you may nap for a while. Here's an important tip: eat a light lunch and skip the nap! That's how it's going to be on the day of the exam and you need to get used to it. Avoid afternoon sleep - at a young age it's not needed. Avoid heavy lunches as well - they do make you drowsy. At first this routine may be tough, but it's worth trying.
